New Construction
Santa Fe OperaThe Santa Fe Opera was a $35 million two phase remodel and addition project. This project required complex building code analysis in order to integrate new construction into existing structures of various ages. ICC&I is proud to have served on the design team by providing all of the building code consulting from conceptual design to Opening Night.

Co-Lab SW Elementary School
The Co-Lab SW Elementary School in Albuquerque is a $50.2 milliion pro-type school encompassing 250,000 square feet and serving 1,400 students. ICC&I was brought onto the design team to provide a thorough plan review for code compliance before submission for building permit.

Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel
The Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel was an $80 million dollar 212 room, 200,000 sf hotel expansion that spanned 2 years. ICC&I acted in the capacity of the AHJ on behalf of the owner and Santa Ana Pueblo tribe and provided all of the plan reviews and inspections for this project. CNM/APS Collaborative Education Facility
This building is located on the CNM main campus in Albuquerque is a new 80,000 SF four story classroom facility. ICC&I provided comprehensive life-safety code consulting to the design team from conceptual design to full plan development to ensure the plans were code complaint every step of the way. Exisiting Building Assessments
La Plata County Building. A three story 40,000 SF office building. ICC&I was hired to conduct a thorough building inspection to determine the overall building and systems conditions assessment as well as current building codes/life safety and accessiblity compliance assessment, prior to purchase of the property by La Plata county. The inspection took 2 days to complete and was documented in a 21 page report complete with photos.
Client: La Plata County, Durango CO. Baillo's Building, Albuquerque NM. A four story 65,000 SF commercial mercantile & warehouse building. The original 4 story portion of the building was built in 1954 with sales floor additions constructed in the 1980's and in 2003 which made this building a challenge evaluate for both condition assessment as well as for building code life safety compliance. ICC&I provided the buyer with a thorough assessment which gave them invaluable information during the purchase negotiation process.

Sage Brush Community Church. A two story 57,000 SF office building. ICC&I was hired to conduct a thorough building inspection to determine overall building and systems conditions as well as a current building codes/life safety and accessiblity compliance assessment prior to purchase of the property. ICC&I provided the same services on another 3 building campus property in SE Albuquerque for the client as well.
