Owner and principal of Integrity Code Consulting and Inspections (ICC&I), has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and 16 of those years in the capacity of Chief Building Official, Plans Examiner, Combination Inspector, Flood Plain Administrator and Zoning Code Enforcement Director for jurisdictions in New Mexico and Colorado where he literally reviewed hundreds of plans and performed thousands of inspections. He knows first-hand what it takes to get a code complaint project completed and what pit-falls building owners can avoid with the right information at their disposal.
